從前有個農夫嫌他種的禾苗長得慢,就到地裡把禾苗一株株地拔高了一點。回家後他對家人說：“今天可真把我累壞了!但我總算讓禾苗一下子長高了。”兒子到地裡去一看，禾苗都已經死光了。現在有些家長急于讓孩子成功，往往步那個農夫的後塵，搞得孩子苦不堪言,卻不見孩子學業長進。這樣的家長是否該對這個問題有所醒悟，讓孩子自然成長呢?

Once upon a time there was a farmer who thought his seedlings were growing slowly, so he went to the field and pulled them up a little bit. When he got home, he said to his family, " I'm really tired today! " But I managed to make the seedlings grow taller. " The son went to the field and saw that all the seedlings were dead. Now some parents eager to let their children succeed, often follow in the footsteps of the farmer, make the children miserable, but do not see the children's academic progress. Should such parents wake up to the problem and let their children grow up naturally?
